Get past region restricted access on the internet

Hey not often but occasionally (and most annoyingly in my efforts to what Nova online) I get blocked for being out of the US. Is there any way to make my/their computer think I'm somewhere else?

That would be called a proxy. Except they've likely banned most of them, or at least connections originating from common proxy ports.

Also proxies tend to be slow, not good for watching anything.
